Through a membership-based model, we can provide same day or next day appointments, direct access to the doctor by email, phone or text, and relaxed appointments anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes.
The direct care model is centered around a personalized, engaging, relaxed and convenient health care experience that focuses on lifestyle medicine, healthspan metrics, nutrition, improving function and a long-term relationship with your doctor.
Dr Brett offers direct care in various areas, such as primary care, rheumatology, personal training with expertise in bodybuilding and cardiorespiratory fitness, as well as injections. A limited number of patients are accepted into his practice in order to allow for easy access, affordable pricing and high quality health care.
