At Tennessee Direct Rheumatology we offer a variety of options for all ages
Adult Rheumatology in Knoxville, TN
Our membership includes:
Direct access to Dr. Brett through office visits, text and email
Relaxed 30-45 minute appointments after 75-minute new patient appointment
Office visits every 4-6 weeks (including Telehealth)
Joint injections
Routine blood work (CBCs, CMPs, lipid panels, A1c, B12, vitamin D, etc)
One TB test per year (Quantiferon Gold)
One hepatitis panel per year (Hepatitis B and C screening)
Body compositions with interpretation
Annual EKG
VO2 max testing
Option to use Dr Brett as your primary care physician
Price:
$200/month (no long term commitment, fee is month to month)
There is a $300 one-time enrollment fee for each individual signing up for membership
Fee-for-service
Body composition with interpretation: $50
VO2 max testing: $150
Nutrition consultation: $150 for 1 hour
Personal training with access to customized online programming: $240 every 6 months (after initial new patient visit)
Extensive cardiovascular risk assessment panel: $400
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR): $65 per test
Lactate threshold assessment (for LT1 and LT2): $125
*Please note fee-for-service patients are subject to a $75 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment time
