At Tennessee Direct Rheumatology we offer a variety of options for all ages
**Primary care and rheumatology membership are covered for one flat fee.
There is no additional fee if you sign up for both services.
***If a family signs up for membership, the maximum cost per household is $400 per month for up to 5 people.
If you are signing up for membership, the new patient fee does not apply.
Primary Care in Knoxville
Do you need a primary care doctor in Knoxville, TN? Dr Brett can offer primary care services to members of the practice with services including:
Direct access to Dr Brett through office visits, text and email
Up to 25 office visits per year (up to 30-45 minutes per appointment)
Same week appointments
In-house laboratory services at significantly reduced pricing
Coordination of care with other physicians
Flu, strep and COVID tests (additional fee)
Freeze removal of warts
Ear wax removal
Steroid-based joint injections (finger, wrist, knee, elbow, shoulder, hip, ankle)
Preventative medicine visits
Lifestyle medicine and healthspan focus
Annual EKG included
Annual spirometry included
Access to EatLove Pro at discounted pricing

Adult Rheumatology in Knoxville, TN
Our Wellness membership includes:

Relaxed 30-45 minute appointments
Up to 25 office visits per year (including telehealth option)
Same week appointments
4 joint injections per year (steroid injections, $10 each after 4)
Annual musculoskeletal ultrasound

Pediatric Rheumatology in Knoxville
Pediatric rheumatology is available at Tennessee Direct Rheumatology. If your child is under the age of 16 and needs rheumatology services, we can provide the following:
Pediatric membership
Up to 25 visits per year
Phone, text and email access to Dr. Brett
Same week appointments
Semi-annual musculoskeletal ultrasound included
Prior authorizations included
Cost: $125/mo after $125 enrollment fee
Fee-for-service
New patient consultation $250
or Second opinion
Includes:
60-minute initial visit with follow up on any diagnostics ordered
Medications are not prescribed for new patients who have a 1 time visit or choose a 2nd opinion consultation
Body composition with interpretation: $50
VO2 max testing: $125
Nutrition consultation: $150 for 1 hour
Personal training with access to customized online programming: $240 every 6 months (after initial new patient visit)
Extensive cardiovascular risk assessment panel: $400
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR): $65 per test
Lactate threshold assessment (for LT1 and LT2): $100
*Please note fee-for-service patients are subject to a $75 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the appointment time
