Dr. Brett is offering Internal Medicine services as well as rheumatology services to patients in his Direct Primary Care (DPC) model.

Our DPC can offer great benefits for patients. Individuals seeking 1-on-1 care with their doctor, who desire same day or same week appointment availability, direct access to the doctor through phone/email/text, cost savings on common laboratory tests and medications, and access to a healthspan-focused physician would benefit from establishing at Tennessee Direct Rheumatology.

 
 

  • A DPC membership includes up to 25 office visits per year, access to membership only pricing and direct access to Dr Brett through phone, text and email.

  • DPC offers exclusive member only benefits, such as no insurance hassles, no copays, in-house laboratory studies, direct access to the physician and same or next day appointments, as well as Dr. Brett has specialized training in cardiovascular health, strength and conditioning, cardiorespiratory fitness and healthspan-related medicine.

  • I am ‘opted out’ of insurance networks, including Medicare and all private plans. This allows me to work directly with you for your health priorities without having to await approval for 3rd party priorities.

    You should still carry insurance for hospital visits and surgeries. Insurance can be used for labs and imaging, if desired. Often are blood work is less expensive than using insurance.
